SIGNWAVE, the leading visual communications/sign and graphics franchise with more than 600 centres worldwide (known as FASTSIGNS internationally) is poised to make 2016 its best year yet – strengthened by a string of recent accolades and milestones for parent company, FASTSIGNS.

FASTSIGNS has maintained its reputation as one of the world’s most successful franchise groups with a number of achievements, including:

  • Ranked No. 1 in Franchise Business Review’s (FBR) Top 200 Franchises list - Business Services category. The FBR Top 200 is a comprehensive ranking of the top US franchises based on franchisee satisfaction. For the 2016 report, FBR surveyed 28,000 franchise operators who represent 339 brands.
  • No. 1 Franchise on Franchise Gator Top 100 List. Franchise Gator, an online franchise directory, developed the rankings as a way for prospective franchisees in the US to identify opportunities with strong growth potential that are also affordable investments for the average franchise buyer.
  • A record-breaking financial year. In 2016, FASTSIGNS signed more than 50 franchise agreements, opened more than 40 units and reached global revenues of $US400 million – an all-time high for the company.
  • Opened its 600th FASTSIGNS centre.

CEO Catherine Monson says the company’s US success is indicative of its positive global outcomes and prospects: “Robust franchise expansion will continue in 2016 domestically and in key international markets. In the past six months we have employed an additional two franchise support personnel to ensure all centres have access to all the tools, resources and expertise required to achieve optimal results for both franchisees and the franchise as a whole.”
