Proactive Franchise Services

Franchise Services is our term for the SIGNWAVE® personnel dedicated to providing direct support to our stores. A Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) will guide you through the many facets of a successful business operation. Your FBC is your primary liaison to the many resources SIGNWAVE® offers and will personally assist you in a variety of ways:

On-Site Visits
Your FBC will schedule regular visits and stay in frequent phone contact, providing answers and bringing you ideas on how to grow your sales and improve your bottom line.

Financial Analysis
Your FBC will help you maximize your bottom line through regular analysis and review of financial statements.

Sales & Marketing Management
Your FBC will help you better understand your market, marketing tools and ways to attract new customers.

Production Techniques
The FBC will bring you the results of FASTSIGNS'® ongoing research into practical improvements in production efficiency and quality in your store.

Personnel Management
You'll receive up-to-date guidelines for personnel management, suggestions on motivating your employees and assistance in evaluating candidates. You'll also be provided with examples of compensation programs designed to motivate and retain your staff.

Technical Management
Technical Support personnel will assist you in the areas of file conversion, full-colour graphics implementation, developing e-media capabilities and ensuring that your in-store technology is state-of-the-art. Technical Support is available via a toll-free number or through email to answer your software and hardware questions, troubleshoot as needed or give general consultation on the latest in technology.

Sales & Marketing Expertise
Our Franchise Business Consultant will teach you how to sell your products and services in an efficient, targeted manner. Within your first 120 days in business, your FBC will visit your store, assist you in securing sales appointments and accompany you on sales calls.

Computer System Upgrades
Service contracts with vendors are available to ensure that you receive software updates for both your point-of-sale and your design software, as well as continuing education in those software programs.

You'll have ready access to our database of approved vendors, from whom you may purchase affordable supplies, receive additional consultation and order subcontracted production services.

Research & Development
You'll benefit from our commitment to ongoing research and development in equipment, software, supplies, materials, new products, marketing and more - a commitment unique in the sign industry.

Knowledge Database
Support.fastsigns.com is a knowledge base that allows our stores to search and retrieve data such as logos, vendor information, marketing materials, personnel forms, business forms, and tips from the field.

Digital Asset Library
Find photos, artwork, and other graphic, audio, and visual materials to help you market your products and services - day or night - on our Support Site.

FASTSIGNS Online (FSOL)
You can download files, communicate system-wide and receive ongoing support on a daily basis through FASTSIGNS® Online. This private intranet service gives you instant access to your fellow franchisees, our corporate staff and selected vendors all across the world.

E-Commerce
By having your own store page within the SIGNWAVE® Web site, you can direct prospects and customers to your specific customized page. Additionally, customers can get driving directions and maps to your store, request a quote online or upload a file to your FTP site.
